Start a business...i did not make money from my employment, but while employed we always had a business on the side..my daughter had a ready to wear business, she had 10 employees while in high school, had to make her close it to concentrate on college, my youngets sold and installed high end car audios while in high school another son traded audiophile equipment and gears...he ended up with good audio gears, guitars etc...

That's why I started my own salon.

Honestly, I think cars are a bad investment. I plan on moving out in a year once my business is established. Then I'll get a mortgage in two more years and get a nice house just down the street from my salon, and then my car will be payed off, and i'll invest in a supah sexy vintage car.

Where I live we are doing good. Power is up but I haven't checked for running water. I'm not sure of the damage around mayras houses. That's the concern with the powerlines, trees and possible surge of waters.

Seems like she hit us around 5am (meaning the eye) and she keeps moving along. We have strong winds and rain now but we will have the outer band come around from philli and hit us.

Man that sucks atleast for us Naders only last a few hours the storms move really fast

Yeah high tide in the Bronx is coming around 2pm so that is what I'll be watching like a hawk. No worries in my area but for mayras home.
