Yup it's multilevel. I helped move stuff upstairs on Friday into on of their tennants apartments. Once high tide ends around 3-4pm I'll know for sure how everything played out.

I'm just seeing video and the water is just at the level of the street as they show a bit of it near the bike lanes that I use.

I am glad that the sun is out where I am coz up north (in Manila) they are experiencing heavy rains and strong winds as well caused by 2 storms (one outgoing and one incoming).

yes... Typhoons really always pass by Luzon area including Metro Manila...here's a quote from a local newspaper
