I was using ISO 3200 at f/8 in order to freeze the motion. I could have used f/5.6 at ISO 1600, but then the lens is softer. The distance to the bird was about 80m, so I had to do some significant cropping. EOS R | EOS 7D

Hard call sometimes, but I think using f5.6 and a better iso would have been a better choice. Maybe you can run a noise removal on these. Good to catch the action though. Tina
