I have finally had my first e-session. I would consider the couple friends, and since they are having a low-budget/small wedding I offered to take their engagement photos as my wedding gift to them. After a rush of trying to find a location and quickly get them in before they flew back to California for a few weeks before they wed, we had a date, place and a PERFECT day.
I'm still working on my posing a bit(okay, a lot) but I really couldn't have asked for a better couple to photograph! So laid back and easy going in-front of the camera my job was fairly easy.
I really can't wait for their wedding in September!

CC is more than welcome!
Thanks for looking,
Alex

Wow, for your first e-session...you did a fantastic job. I would have thought you've done plenty of sessions. Nice work!

Best wedding gift ever!!! Really nice work and hoping to be as good as you some day!!! Oh and I'm guessing the photo collage is from lightroom, what size are they if you don't mind me asking? I just wondered for printing and all of that.

Aww, thanks! You're very sweet. Yes, the collage was done in LR3(I love LR...) I believe I did those at 8.5x11 and the tripdytch...I can't recall what size I did that at. o.o whoops.

Congrats Alex! These are great shots. I'm particularly fond of the parasol silhouette idea.

I saw these on Flickr... I love them! I wish I could pose people half as well as you have done! :)

As much as I'd love to take all the credit for posing, I've gotta give at least half of it to the couple! I'd generally set them, and they'd do their thing and I might tweak them for a few of the shots. They. Were. Amazing.

Yes, the hands look chopped off, but other than that, I think these are great!
