I know you said no flash, but what camera, lens, ISO etc.....?

Camera was a 1D or 1DMKII. the lens Sigma 120-300 2.8 for the first and I think
70-200 L for the 2nd 2.8. ISO 1000 or 1250 push it as high as I can. The reason for the unusual angle which by the is part of the reason that folks like, it because it's differnt is the gym has three flights of stairs that go down to the gym and sort of corridors that have rails and screens on the out side. You can get some real differnt ngle from there. I only wish that I had some portable stobs so I could fill the shadows and shoot at alower ISO
