so is there any easy way to decipher the filter naming used by B+W, Hoya, etc?

it seems confusing:

BW:
77mm #007M Protection Clear MRC (Multi-Resistant Coating) Filter (whats 007)
77mm Natural Clear #007 Filter
77mm UV
77mm UV Haze 010 (whats 010)
77mm UV Haze F-Pro
77mm XS-Pro Digital NANO MRC 007

or

Hoya:
77mm Clear Pro 1 Digital Multi-Coated Glass Filter
77mm Hoya HD Clear Protection Glass Filter
77mm Ultraviolet UV Haze HD (High Density) Digital Glass Filter
77mm Ultraviolet UV(0) Haze Multicoated Filter (whats UV(0))
