I spent 30 mins in a Bounce house with kids at a birthday party, I still feel like I am bouncing. I was so happy to get out of that thing. The lighting in those are not so much fun for someone taking photos but a manged to get a few.. Not sure how good people will thing they are though. But at lest I was brave enough to go in the bounce house with 10 kids :)

KUDOS to you for joining the little munchkins, they can eat you alive you know? lol.... I really like the 2nd image ~ BUT I must say no to the 3rd, it is just wrong to do spot color on eye's....it always gives me the heebie-jeebies.... but that's personal taste.

Thank you~ Yes the full B&W is my fav from the whole day~ I wasn't sure about the one with the eye color brought back, but the mother went crazy for it now I am getting lots of request to do that on some of the other kids that was there :/ Not sure I am a fan of it but I guess I will give them what they want to pay for. I also told them I wanted a tee shirt saying I made it out alive. lol

Hey, if the Mother likes it, then that's all that matters. IMO, if you de-saturated the color in the eyes to where the color is just barely visible, it would be much more subtle and less "in your face" with the eyes.

Just say no to selective coloring. We've all done it, and its not as cool as we first think. Kudos to you though for climbing in the bouncy house with your gear. I went to a 7 year old's birthday party with a pool. I was constantly dodging splashes from 20 feet away.

I agree, it's a really nice shot but I'd leave the eye coloring out of it. It's not your fault they've made so many movies about posessed children lately lol

Good on ya for getting in there with the kids. I tried my hand at this during a friends daughters party and man it was hard...they NEVER sit still haha.

Yeah I have a 60D and when you have that many kids all jacked up on cake and ice-cream flying thru the air at you and your camera not so much fun lol ... Then when the sprinklers came out I was like aaaaahhhh I am sticking zoom lens on it and staying out of the way. I am hoping to save one day for a big girl camera lol ... I want a non-crop one of these days. I will dream about it for now lol..

lol sorta the same...I had my 50D and walked around with my 50mm and 17-50mm. Replace sprinklers with water guns and we can tell the same story....not sure who's wonderful idea the water guns were lol

The BW is really nice. (No selective coloring!)

PW, I think you are on the right track. It was good advice from the other poster. I might even bring it down a bit more so it was just a bit more subtle.

Are you asking for C&C on the first shot?

Regarding the background of the sprinkler shot, you can remove that stuff.
