Thanks for all the positive comments guys! I realized I somehow spelled "architecture" wrong in the title, thereby discrediting everything I know about it in the process

Anyway, to answer some questions:

I'm using a 430exii on a pocketwizard flex unit on a monopod with a remote trigger in my hand (usually a pocketwizard or some random other brand, depends on my mood and how many lights I've got going).

I did post a similar video but the production quality on this one is just way better!

And Nathan, you're totally right - one of the reasons I put this together was to show just how much work I am putting into these shots

Man! You had a front loader there to lift your tripod/camera up to take the shots of the first house in the video?! HOW much ARE you making off this gig!? Sheesh!

Haha! Yeah, I did. What can I say - do something unique and sell your services well and the money will follow. Everything in my life I try to do as best as I possibly can - photography is no exception. Always push to be better and the front end loaders will follow
