Makes sense as to why he did it,however thats a lump sum not everyone can lay out for goodies such as this.

resolution isn't everything. It's barely even useful for specification comparisons. Ugh.

I'd probably do the same if the finances were there and it made financial sense in the long run. I'm sure he may use it more often on other things now that its digitally available. Can you imagine if Canon or Nikon had a DB system like many of the big boys do. It would definitely change a few things up a bit.
