I did a family photo shoot and am about to pull my hair out trying to get my new epson 3880 to work with DPP. I took a raw photo converted it to jpg in elements 9 and printed it. The photo was perfect, color wise. I took this jpg and printed it from DPP and all the peoples faces were purple. I then processed the same raw photo in DPP and printed from DPP. Again, the faces were purple. I printed the DPP processed jpg from elements and the colors were perfect. Any ideas what's happening?

What exact settings in software and printer driver?
What OS and what version of the printer driver?

Do you set PSE9 to manage colors, or the printer?

If you use DPP, DPP manages color, so you should set colormanagement in the printer driver to "off"
