First one looks pretty good. The other two might be okay, but it's really hard to tell when you have such a strong watermark across the subject's face.

I think these are great , if I were him i'd be very pleased with the results!

Now we can see them much better.

I still like the first one the most. Strong pose with a stern expression. The tilt isn't really helping, but I don't think it's hurting either.

The last two seem a little awkward with him holding his head straight, but looking down with his eyes. Also, the skin smoothing is too much, especially for a guy.

As a side note, try to suggest your clients not wear stripes in the future.

I definitely noticed the stripes! I will tone down the skin smoothing. I know very little about skin processing technique's - Its something I've got to learn though.
