These were my first attempts at aviation, I'm sorry if I haven't embedded them correctly but they really don't seem to be as 'bright' and sharp as yours Joe (I'm also not sure how to add a signature but they were with a 550d and a Sigma 120-400mm) - would love any feedback please and I will get to read the thread about 'prop freeze' as they certainly suffer from that ... thanks to anyone taking the time ... Roger

don't beat yourself up... any shot of a set of merlins is far better than none...
:-)


some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Shutter speed is the only nit pick.
Prop planes fall out the sky when propellers stop.
