Diving FAIL

I'm in eastern Mass. With the passage of storm Irene, we've had a lot of trees down all over the place. Two young guys just tried to drive down my street. When they saw some tree limbs on the road, they tried to pull a big branch onto the shoulder, which is total mud right now. Their SUV engine caught fire when they tried to rev the engine to escape the mud. Fire department called - they showed up and used axes and prybars to smash open the hood to put out the fire. Driving adventure FAIL.

You'd be surprised how many vehicle fires there are. During any significant snowstorm, several snowplows catch fire.

Wow, what a mess!

Everybody with 4WD thinks they can 4 wheel.

Glad nobody was hurt.

Just a funny story.

Hahaha, talk about driving fail! But then most mass drivers fail at driving on any given day

It didn't matter that they destroyed the hood (and the lights, and the grill) to put out the fire because the SUV was toast already.

Burnt toast.
