So I've decided that I wanted an arca-swiss plate for my 5D Mark II with 3rd party "Chromage" BG-E6 grip.

And I did once have this for my 1DII, which is also supposed to be the conventional plate for a batt grip: http://www.markinsamerica.com/MA5/PG-50.php (external link)

Now, can anyone tell me if the plate will work okay with my batt grip...? Not sure if the 3rd party aspect will complicate things so yeah...

Cheers!

I would imagine that plate has enough forward and backwards adjustment that it will fit pretty much any grip.
