Ferrari Challenge @ Spa-Francorchamps

Hi all! Three weeks ago I went with Ferrari Team Holland to Spa for our second race in the Ferrari Challenge. I ran the pics through Photoshop Raw and uploaded them to Flickr. Our qualifying went well. We finished the first quali in 4th place and the second quali in 2nd place. Due to gearbox problems we didn't finished the first race. After a gearbox change we finished the second race in 4th place. We were pleased with the result given the fact that its our second appearance in the Ferrari Challenge. But there is a huge problem with the gearboxes from Getrac. Throughout the whole season there were numerous gearbox changes. In the Spa weekend there were a total of 10 (!) gearbox changes... Hopefully Getrac can find a solution during the winter.

Wow,do you carry 10 gearboxes ,or was that for all competitors,am assuming the latter.

Great Shots. I've seen the Ferrari Challenge in Montreal a few times but never at a good vantage point.

It was for all competitors. There were 6 spare gearboxes brought by Ferrari. Three were extra delivered and there was one gearbox that had to be changed by a team before they travelled to Spa.

Good work. They come to Road Atlanta but outside of the historics that run some hot laps it isn't very exciting or fun to watch.
