What a great little dude :)
I would crop it while keeping it landscape orientation and correct for White Balance (set white point). I would also blur out the background a bit cause it is a bit busy:

From the look, you made him soil his diaper :). Technique-wise, it looks a little cool to me. Perhaps the blue sky was your light source, as he appears to be in the shade?

I think it had the potential to be a fantastic shot, but for me, the baby isn't isolated enough from the background.
