I like very much, how do you put them together?
Any links to instructions or advise I would much apreciate,I fancy a go at this.
I'll describe what i do. Dont know if its the easiest, but it works
.
Firstly, taking the photos. The 2 Gifs with the stars, they are about 140 frames, each photo is a 32 sec expo. and a new photo every 64 sec. The last on with the sundown, thats 465 frames, on Av and new photo every 10 sec. The boat ride, now that one is random, didn't have a time-lapse script then, so i manually clicked every couple of sec.
The stars, moon and the boat ride, those were Raw shots. The last 2 gifs are Jpeg (1600*1200). It really depends on you, how much do you want to spend editing.
When i have all my shots, i edit them in Adobe Bridge, edit one photo, and then apply that to all of them. Then i resize them all, to speed up the loading part to PS. I made an Action in PS, and i just Batch process them all to the size of 400*300 or whatever you want. Now that i got all the frames, i got to Bridge again, select them all, go to "Tools", then "Photoshop" and then "Load Files into Photoshop Layers". Then when they all load in PS, you turn on the Animation mode, go to "Window"->"Animation". In the upper right corner of the Animation toolbar there's a down arrow and three lines, click that and select "Make Frames From Layers". And now you got yourself an animation. But its reversed. Click the arrow again, and "Select all Frames", and then "Reverse Frames". You can now play with the time of each frame and whatever you want/need to change. To save, go to "File"->"Save for Web and Devices", in the upper right select GIF and choose the quality. Than save and thats it.
