I just got my small Snoop in, and I'm pretty disappointed.
Positives: good materials and construction. The velcro silencers and tripod straps are all very nice. There's some decent space, and the padding is good.
Where it falls short: The front pockets are close to useless because they are all on top of one another; once you have gear inside, you're not fitting much in those pockets.
For me, the biggest disappointment is the amazingly short strap. Yes, it does help keep it close to my body. But at its longest, the top of the bag is right by my upper abs. It's way too short and uncomfortable to wear, and more uncomfortable to open the bag and take out or put in gear while it's worn. The strap length is a deal breaker here. It's going back to Timbuk2.
) The 2 biggest differences are the clear plastic front pocket on the Snoop (and I prefer the classic cloth) and the corner flaps on the interior of the Snoop - I do miss those when using my classic.
