A new region to be feasted on by your eyes - presenting a look into the North Slave Region of Canada's Northwest Territories
11+ shot panorama done with a carl zeiss 21 2.8 ZE and 5D mark II. I can't remember if this was one I hand-held or didn't but here you are, worked out all right. In the distance towards the middle you can see the micro-bumps on the horizon which is the city of Yellowknife. We traveled on the Ingraham trail about 20 kilometers outside the city to see this sunset. ( a very beautiful drive if you happen to make it to this city )
I chose to frame the picture to show off just how high up we were and to highlight the lone golden leafy tree in the center of the landscape. It looks to be the only one out there so far...perhaps fall is coming?
