I usually use Photoshop or Lightroom, but I'm always looking for something new to learn and found a really good deal on Paintshop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate.

For those interested, you can get the full box version(CD and printed manual included) for $29.99 and if you use this coupon code: CORELUGSAVE20 , you will get another 20% off making it $23.99 + $9.00 shipping making it $32.99 total. I think the sale ends today though. That coupon is good for everything except Corel Draw.

It didn't sound like a bad deal, so I figured why not?

Does anyone here use Paintshop Pro? If so, what do you think of it? Any tips?

Yeah, I use PSP X3. I have Photoshop CS4 also, but I use PSP most of the time because it's very capable and I know it better than CS4.

You're right, at that price it can't be beat.

I use it everyday. I dont have Photoshop and never have had it so I can not compare. It probably doesn't, but since I have never had it, PSPX3 is great for me. I havent ever wanted to do something I couldnt do with psp. Again, if someone offered me a current release of Photoshop for $32.99 I would buy it, but I am very happy with the capable PSP X3.
