i agree it looks like there are lots of colors why not sow them off

The lack of colour is ok with me.
To me, it looks like you are trying to capture too much fully.
By capturing all of the papers, she is pushed too far up and away. The metal pole/scaffold just about spoils the whole picture.
I would crop out some of the papers (you don't need them all) - just to the plastic bag on the left, on the bottom up to the scaffold base and a bit on the right up to the 2nd step vertical edge.
