Thanks again. Photography through a microscope is ten times harder to learn than birding. Nothing is standard and the adapters to fit a camera to a scope are still in the dark ages. I'm still learning.
The one saving grace is, it's cheaper than buying bird lenses.

For better or for worse, my financial resources no longer allow me to spend the big bucks that I at one time could. I have held on to most of my gear, but when I see the guys out with the 1DM4 and, say, the 500mm, well, all I can do is admire, I refuse to lust or envy!
Actually, it's been a while since I've been out birding, for complex reasons, so when I've gotten out shooting, it goes in various different directions!
