B&H sells it for $42.50, so about the same.

I picked up a E-690 rain cover used from B&H for $24.00. Its a nice rain cover. Haven't had the chance to use it yet (haven't been caught in the rain while shooting yet :P). I probably would have gotten the E-702 if I had a chance to try them before buying. The E-690 does not fit well with big or long lenses.

I have a E-702. works for me with my 20d w/100-400L tight fit but it works
