the finger in the mouth looks awkward. might have been better biting a knuckle instead of the tip of the finger

well since it's a candid that would defeat the purpose to tell her to bite her knuckle instead...

It's a snapshot and provides no real substance imho. It's not a bad shot it's just there if you know what I mean. There's also distracting stuff in the foreground and the top left.

Honestly, it looks like she's picking some lettuce out of her teeth while going over bills. Photography can be tricky in this sense as you can take a boring picture of a beautiful model with a beautiful expression or you can take a beautiful picture of a piece of garbage on the ground that has no real appeal in any other situation. Keep it up though! The worst picture is the one you don't take.
