Sorta consider yourselves lucky you don't. They can be destructive to houses, are common carriers of rabies, they absolutely scream when they're fighting in the middle of the night, oh, and they also can cause blindness to humans, if in direct contact (roundworms). Otherwise, they are pretty cute.

They initially took off up a tree when I first saw them. After awhile they came down and started grubbing around in the ground. They didn't act to alarmed about my watching them
