I started a jar of microwaved water and 6 grains of rice several weeks ago. Just found it today, pushed to the back of the shelf, looked like milk. I was almost afraid to open it, but I held my breath and opened it anyway. It didn't smell to bad, kind of yeasty, but no over pressure.
The last time I checked, the second time for that jar, there were some really tiny motile bugs swimming around, and nothing else, no clumps, no solids to see at all. Now, it's full of stuff, like Dr. Franks vat of goodies. Here's what I found.
