Is it possible to configure my 5D2 to use "AE lock/Metering + AF start" when set to "AI Servo", but "Metering + AF Start/Disable" when set to "One Shot"?

Usually I prefer to control the shutter release and autofocus independently, but sometimes I want to minimize the delay between focus confirmation and shutter release.

Do I have to go into the custom function menu every time I switch AF modes?
