Freaky Green Bug -- Identify?

Then again, they're all kind of freaky in macro. I've seen a few of these in the lemon tree in my backyard and am wondering if anyone can identify them. First shot is what I consider a decent photo. Second shot is to help you maybe identify the critter for me. Thanks!

Thanks!! They're pretty cooperative. I was blasting this guy with a twin macro flash at about 2.5X on the mp-e 65mm and he pretty much stayed pat.

Very funny. I also thought their heads look like front grills on old cars and you nailed the make! Exactly.
