Edinburgh Fringe 2011 - Part Un

Hellooo!

A selection from another summer forfeited (and entirely worth it) so as to spend 5 weeks in delightful Edinburgh, working for ZOO Venues at the Fringe, photographing their award-winning programme of Dance and Physical Theatre ... don't expect to see any comedians, I didn't ... apart from the time Mark Watson was stood outside after one of our shows, but that was about it ... and that's how we like it.

Forgetting Natasha by State of Flux:

I have been to the Fringe festival! What a fun time and a good excuse to play with the camera!

Very solid set.
Difficult lighting.

Apart from the first 5 minutes, the lighting in DOT's piece was really good ... Forgetting Natasha was really difficult because of the dark gauze (used for the projections) between the dancers and where I was shooting, made focus and exposure both pretty tricky but I was pleased with the two posted here, at least ...
