Have been wondering this for a while and forgot there's a bunch of knowledgeable people on here, how can one find out when the ISS will intercept the moon at a particular location on Earth? I saw some really neat photos on this subject and would love to try it out. Thanks.

Check out this page (external link). You can pull the java program down and use it any time. It does the sun, moon and the planets too and gives you a google earth file with all the transit tracks within 100k of a particular location.
