Colormunki Display on wide gamut

I see that the new Colormunki Display can calibrate wide gamut monitors. I have a Dell Ultrasharp U2711. Anyone used the Colormunki on a wide gamut monitor and have good results?

Not yet but I'm looking to get one (the pro model I think) sometime next year.

They did not test the new Colormunki Display, but the older Colormunki Design. They were unimpressed with the one sample they tested.

They Spyder 3 elite was their recommendation. Maybe I'll give that a try instead.

Well, I ordered a Colormunki Display and it seems to be doing a good job. Much better on the wide gamut than the eye-one display 2.
