WB looks a tad warm. Also, I've noticed headshots tend to be more flattering (particularly for women) when shot from slightly above their eye-level, not slightly below as we have here.

I'd agree with chrispychicken, it is a bit warm. Shooting from a slightly higher level, rather than a slightly lower level, will open her eyes up a bit more. I find the light a bit hot on her upper arm and hair as well. she is beautiful, you are lucky to have a pretty model to work with!
