Should I back up my RAW on a separate disk than my Final Images/Final JPEGS?

Granted, this would take up more space physically with more drives, probably 4 in total. But, I would also still have my RAW files IF the JPEGS kicked the bucket and vice versa.

Back them up to the same drive. You should have multiple backups though. With one of them stored off site.
