Here are two versions of the same shot. I can't decide which one looks better, probably I have looked at them for too long :), so would like some opinions.

i also like more the color version.
I am in a laptop with a "un-calibrated" monitor, but the B&W look a bit dark to me...

Nice photo!

Color for me, too. The blues of the sky reflected in the lake make all the difference to my eye.

Thanks a lot folks! So looks like color is the almost unanimous choice here :)

Both are beautiful, but I'm leaning toward the color as well.

advantages of color photography
brings origin all visible spectrum; it is possible to make future changes in color; there is simple transformation to BW.

advantages of BW (black and white) photography
viewer makes more attention for forms and shapes; hides undesirable colors; simple to implement in photocamera (first photocameras were for BW images )

thanks to everyone who knows additional advantages and disadvantages of color/BW photography

Lake & Moon in BW version is more dramatically. There are photographies in which different colors play the main role in picture creation so if they were converted to BW they will be almost blank uninteresting images.

rraman, you can see in this session (till here) more people prefer color version.

I like them both, but I especially like how the moon pops out in the B&W contrast.
