These forums light up like a christmas tree when a new product is announced. Even if only 2% of us actually buy it. Canon hasn't really done anything cool and unexpected since the 7D. Or at least that is what it seems like. I don't "need" anything either, but I would like to see some buzz from Canon this year on something. Taylor

Something new is always coming out from HTC, Samsung, Sony, Motorola, etc. Some people hang onto the various websites & forums for every last bit of news while many simply don't care & prefer to spend their time using what they have.
