went in the middle of the day, and discovered exposure is just about impossible. I have to go back with better light, but there were a bunch of them hanging out today, so here are a few shots.

Great series! Love them all. Egrets are amusing to watch. Especially like #1 with the wingtip touching the water and the pair flying in formation in #4.
