i have a 40d with 6300 click, in perfect condition. screen protectors and all. looking to upgrade, but things seem to go alot cheaper on here then on craigslist or other sites like that. What do you think this is worth with such low clicks? thank you.

Well, look at it this way:

The shutter is rated to 100K clicks. Shutter replacement is a $200 job. 25K clicks is $50 into that $200 job. 6K clicks is $12 into that $200 job. So the shutter count on your 40D is worth an additional $38 over a 40D with 25K clicks.
