Finally got to shoot some HS soccer this weekend with my new Sigma 70-200 f2.8. What a difference from my 55-250. I'm looking forward to trying it out this Thursday under the lights.

#4 is very nice. Glad you like your new 70-200!
But, for the record, nobody "looks forward" to shooting under the lights. lol

Ha! Well, that was the main reason for getting the lens. Trying to get good shots under the lights with my 55-250 wasn't working for me. Thanks for the comment!

Nice work. The action is solid. Good to hear you are happy with the new glass and looking forward to seeing if you look forward to your second under the lights experience after your first.

Congratulations on your new glass. I like your pictures, especially the last one. Too bad the background couldn't be a little cleaner. # 2 is also very good.

Thank you! Unfortunately they placed the high school smack dab in the middle of a housing development. Some refs allow me to sit behind the net while others tell me I can only stay on the sides.
