I just got my sigma and my metz....

Whole new world... :D:D:D

Luckily the sigma does NOT have any focusing problems of any sort... And my metz works brilliantly...

OMG...

Hey, Psychology was very interesting in HS! It lead me to my major in college. :)

Of course, now I work in finance, but that has nothing to do with anything.

My point entirely :D

That's pretty big! Is it a paid gig? That big of an event, and you alone to shoot it, can be intimidating. Best of luck, man! :)

Nope, I am volunteering for the Animal Shelter. I love animals so I am also donating any photos sales from the Gala. If I can get a couple clients from this, that would make me plenty happy :D

Thats a sweet gig you got going. Maybe on online version in the future?

Online version?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh the money markets are in fine form after last night's news.

FTSE 100: -4.67%
DAX: -4.96%
HANG SENG: -4.85%
NIKKIE: -2.07%
DOW: -4.12% (so far)
S&P: -3.74% (so far)

Never fails!

yup. full days of classes, and not with the bull**** subjects that you can do today. It was the bog standard separate sciences (not this bundled up crap because your kid is a ****ing moron class), maths, english, history, geography, IT, art and throw in a foreign language too. Those in itself were hard enough.

Shop Class today? sod that, get a job and learn it.
Psychology.... you're having a ****ing laugh, surely.
What else do they teach kids today?

Then they wonder why all the scientists, drs etc. are indian and asian...

Agreed!!! Although i agree a trades class should be included in a curriculum. Not everyone wants to go to college so learning a trade while getting a high school diploma would be great.

Are you a disgruntled Netflix customer with all that's been happening lately? I was considering signing up with netflix a few months ago. Not anymore! What I'd like is to be able to stream and rent blu-ray discs. I think only Blockbuster (now owned by Dish) has that nowadays.

I had AP Psychology for lunch time during senior year in HS. And Zero period in the morning (marching band, jazz band), and sometimes rehearsals or club meetings after school. Free period? I have no clue what that means.

Nope im not disgruntled. Mayra pays for the netflix account. She didnt care about the mess they created because all she wants is the streaming portion. :D

Online version?

Meaning a possibly of moving towards creating an online version of the class. With video tutorials for your students or even students abroad. Who knows it could take off :D

Omar,

How do you like the heartbeat sensor that came with your 800? They have a premium one with a cloth strap that it seems some people really like, is the regular older style strap comfortable?
