Harm will be very happy. Mark Cavendish is UCI world champion: Fantastic finish which he did it on his own on the right side!

So I can crash the car and it'll flip while me and my date will sit perfectly still in midair? If so, count me in.

So, you're saying you like dates who remain perfectly still?

Well it ended up being two, an 18.4 mile ride and a 13.7 mile ride. Both were quite painful.

That's not good. Sore muscles? Maybe you need more time to recover or a better recovery program.

Well the first one was a ton of climbing. I was just a little worn out from yesterday, but actually felt better than I thought I would. I'll give myself sometime to recover, but you have to fight through the pain sometime. :)

But you don't want to hurt yourself. I know how easy it is to tear muscles and how long it takes for them to heal.

Yeah, but I wasn't doing anything crazy. Just fighting through the fatigue.

But you don't have to be doing anything crazy. I've done it before... asked muscles to work at their normal capacity when fatigued, and ended up injured. But, you're still alive, apparently.
