BTW, what kinda spider is that?

AFA I remember the images below have no PP sharpening.

That is the garden or corn spider found in a lot of areas where pollinating plants are growing, so they can get to the bugs!

They can get HUGE if left to their own devices and food source!

In Oklahoma, we call that spider a Black and Yellow Argiope - There's one set up right outside my window ( six feet away ) as we speak.

Yes, that thing is huge; at least 4" (or more) in length and quite fat in the abdomen. If you look, the exif says I was 510mm from it. I could have gone in closer but I wanted to get all of it in the frame ... and oh, I was chicken :)
