Just wondering if anyone has used one of these set-ups before...to me it looked cumbersome but apparently he did not.

Please excuse me posting Nikon on here ;)

was he using a tripod or monopod? A tripod, I could imagine this would be a nice setup. A monopod would be WAY too much work balancing.

So, not counting the two video cameras on the top row, how much money do you think is in that shot? :)

This was on a monopod.

When he tried to move around the field he had to carry the two cameras on the monopod, a third body with what looked like a 50mm, a hard case for the lenses, and a shoulder bag for his laptop. It was quite hilarious...

I get the concept, but the balancing act when you are using the smaller lens seems almost impossible!

Isn't that setup quite restrictive for the 70-200 shots?

Wouldn't you want the 1.5 crop body on the 70-200?

I shoot Football with a monopod mounted 300, and a rs strap with a 70-200.

I let the monopod "slide" into my right shoulder when using the shoulder mounted camera. I find after a while I really do it instinctively. And I run up and down the field with no issue.

I need to have myself photoed when doing this...

So you shoot like almost everyone else basically. The best is having a wide on your other shoulder and getting all three bodies involved in the fun.
