Try this again!
This is the biggest file size I can use as an attachment.
The lines should be quite obvious in this picture.

Very obvious - its like skinny barcodes. That's a new one, I've never seen that before.

OK I can see them on this monitor I'm on now. They do look a bit like streaks on the sensor to me too but then what are the odds of streaks being perfectly vertical? Pretty well nil IMO. Has the sensor even been wet cleaned before?

Also is that image unedited, other than the cropping? Or has the exposure/curves been adjusted etc?

Is it possible that using a circular polarizer when the sky is overcast, it would cause this effect?
I'm pretty sure I had it on when taking the picture.
I have found a picture taken with similar sky conditions and the results were the same. There was no post processing done to the picture.

The sensor had been cleaned prior to the picture taken but, it was a few months before hand.
Not sure if it was a wet cleaning.

Try cleaning it again and then retake the photo. It could be something that was smeared in the sensor when you cleaned it.

what brand of polarizer are you using...i'd take anything that you added to the front of the lens off, and see if it appears still...i can't imagine a bare lens making that, but could see some sort of cheap filter causing issues

Finally saw it by tilting the monitor so everything is extremely blown out. Maybe its a factor of being overexposed?

Rain would make sense (because of the shutter speed) but the streaks to me are just too uniform and long to be rain.

yeah they did seem to be awfully straight, but maybe if there was absolutely zero wind going on, although that is rare, so prob sensor or electronics messed up
