yeah i think ill miss out on long exposures:D

I might try my "new" £7.75 point and shoot tonight. I got an underwater housing for a fiver a few weeks ago and started looking for a camera to put in it. There was one on Ebay as "spares or repair" where he said it just needed a new battery. I put a bid on, won the auction and bought a new battery from 7dayshop. The camera arrived today. Nothing wrong with it - the battery was the wrong way round

Afternoon all,

Has anyone ever photographed at the WRC Wales/GB Rally before? Hoping to go this year as its just shortly after my birthday and always fancied it! If so, anyone got any hints/tips of where to photograph from? Bit hard to understand having never attended one before! :)

It's been a few years since I last went, I took a film camera, but depending on what pass you get the super special stage is generally slower and tighter. Out on the stages proper a corner would be best for panning shots while just after a jump for a nice bit of airborne action. Not knowing what day your going or what the stages are this year that's the best advice I can give though I'm sure someone will be able to give you more.

I normally go in the morning as its on my way to work (well kind of) the light at Knole is quite good at this time of year but its very hit and miss, this week has mostly been wet and dull, I like to be there about 7.20ish as the sun dosent rise till 7.45 at the mo, so yes young lady up nice and early im afraid

Thanks for the young comment  ... But early doors ... Ugh! Still, Sunday is an extra long lie in with the clocks "fall"-ing back!! So I guess it's do-able. Jonathan and Cindy's shoot sounds great except I have a portrait job :( so can't make it.
