Your tagging prompted me to log in to G+ for the first time in over a month. Is it actually being used much?

By some accounts its being used a lot by photographers

Chris - it was a mouthgasm :) I believe the guy has a Michelin star and iirc, the set lunch was €35 pp with an excellent wine for about €23. Almost worth driving over there just for lunch. We did the hotel on a seperate trip but they are within about 15Km of each other and the food at La Cour De Remi is also to die for :)

Does he deliver like Dominos?

Thanks for the info Mark and thanks for making my trip totally pointless with those shots :p :)

Seriously, I'm planning to pop up there tomorrow - what time would I need to be in place for to get the best light? If you are around, please feel free to join me - I could do with some pointers :)

I'd love to but England v Scotland in the world cup tomorrow morning, I'll be moving from bed to sofa at the time you need to be at the park! :D

Ooh, that's worth remembering. :)

Which means I'll forget and have to ask you at some point in the future!

Don't get me wrong - it's good but it's not Domino's quality :)

After chatting with Mark, we have now shifted it to Sunday morning so let me know if you want to join.

Feel free to ask later - we have a long list of nice stuff just across the channel.

...

Dominos only gets customers because they deliver from about three clicks on a webpage. If only every other restaurant in town did the same.

Thanks Jonathan but I'll have to give it a miss for this weekend, already have to drive to Maidstone on Sunday afternoon for a client and don't want to spend all day driving! Off to Wales at the end of next week so maybe towards the end of October I might be free! Going to definitely try and get some early morning shots in Wales though, we're going here (external link).

Just watched it twice. Very powerful and very poignant.

Wimp :p But thanks for the reminder about the game - forgot all about that and my local is opening specially :)

Lovely looking place in Wales. How long are you there for? Portmeirion and Beddgelert are my 2 of my faves in that area.

That's not a life choice - that's being 20 miles from the nearest store :(
