I could be older !
Still the rest on here, will have missed it :)

 I remember getting decidedly squify on Babycham when I was about 13 or 14...............a school chum's dad was the caretaker at the local FE college and lets just say we let ourselves in to the storeroom ;) hic! Not sure but I think we got the crimp caps off either with our teeth (what were we thinking!) or the edge of brick wall???

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

It would be better to hook up with Kay for that if possible - it may only be 10 mins away but when you are waking up at 4am to make a meet, 10 mins means a lot ;) If Kay can't help, I will.

I know what you mean, will be good to get out though past few weeks have been a bit hectic with a levels havent been our with the camera in ages!

... they're quite cute but lack that oommph (however you spell oommph) that those deer shots earlier today had, so atmospheric, stunning. But then that was just picking one recent example, this group is full of stunning photography.

Roger

Yes, the first one has really good capture feel to it.

Dan do you need picking up for the knole house meet Sunday, I am planning to go as well and will be coming down the A224 and can pick you up.

Have not had my camera out for anything fun recently and need to get out there, especially seeing everyone elses pictures reminds me how lazy I have been recently

Second is a viewpoint I often pass but never stop to photograph, but with the UK experiencing an Indian Summer thought it was worth a sunset shot:

Last but not least, the sparkling concept was used to promote my new facebook page (can see the result on my blog (external link) if your interested) but went on to do some other shots. Here's one of them, relatively straight out of camera:

Definitely worth getting up early for and love the sparkler shot as well

Excited for the launch of the 5D3 (whenever it may be) but not sure the price tag will justify me changing from the 5D2. Would be nice to have a 7d focusing system though

Anyone else planning to head to Canon Pro Show this year? Perhaps have a meet up?

Definitely sounds interesting, hopefully they won't go silly with the pixel count.

When/where is the canon pro meet?

Here's one from a place near Le Touquet we went to review a couple of weeks back

If anyone is after a nice weekend away close by to the UK, I can heartily recommend both these places.

That looks very nice and making me feel hungry

We didn't invite you copper :p Don't you have minorities to oppress? :D:D

Seriously, would be great to have you along - you will finally get to meet Cindy :)

I am looking to get there as close to 6am but that is just being cautious as we are comming a bit of a distance and don't want to miss out. Mark said 6.30 would be fine. PM me your mobile and I'll send you mine so we can hook up. Getting excited now :)

I wish it was this easy to organise a normal meet. By the time Chris gets on here to offer to put it on the front page we'll all be back home :) I'm suprised Rob's not joining (or maybe he's busy invading Poland ;))

Did I hear my name mentioned :D

Is it too late to put it on the front page? At least the pictures thread someone creates will go on there ;)

Is the meet Sunday? Details?
