Good shot! Normally I don't prefer b&w, but this shot really looks great as a b&w. Tough call...very slight lean toward b&w.

Edit: The thing that is so nice about the b&w is that it has the appearnce of an incredibly detailed graphite pencil sketch...and that is a wonderful look!

I prefer the BW for the reason that it "hides" the holes in the forest cover

I think the BW would look more dramatic if you brought the shadows and dark areas down for a more contrasty look.

I like the color one a little better but both are great.
