The first one is really neat but there is posterization in the sky. Perhaps check that you are processing in 16 bit per colour until the last step to avoid this.

Sep 14, 2011 05:54 | #3 I noticed the sky banding too; but also the background buildings in the right 1/3 of the image seem to have grayed-out. I think darkening these buildings or cloning them in from one of the original frames might make it better. -- Image Editing OK --
