Original pic. Maybe you could tweak the colours a bit in post, not change the whole sky?

i like #1 the best but around the top of the buildings on the right chimneys/roof i think theres a halo? im not 100% sure if its just the odd light but perhaps this should be cloned out. personally once i spotted it, it was distracting me from the picture in its entirety.

hmmmm thats a bit odd...

I was using the standard 18-55mm lens for the shot , if I zoom in I can see a lot of chromatic abrasion (I think that is whats it called) the shot was shot with a 1000D.

I have cloned the halo out a little bit....is it better? is there no way to REDUCE the chromatic abbrasion? (since I took this photo i have got a nice 10-20mm cannon lense so my quality with future shots should be better!!

Thanks for the replys!

It's still pretty prominent. I enlarged the shot to ~100%, and i don't really see any CA's. You generally don't get them in a night/sunset shot.. moreso against a bright/white sky with trees/leaves, etc.

what program are you using to edit with? if you use photoshop you should be able to get rid of the entire halo without much trouble and a little patience.

it is definatly a little better on the 2nd edit though but as Kel said (1Tanker) it is still pretty prominent
