Struggling & Panicking here! - need to get these all working for a Saturday morning shoot of 2 newbie / wannabee models.

Scenario: Just bought the Sekonic L-758DR yesterday in Bangalore India.
I am trying to remotely trigger my 2 x 580exII flashguns that are both mounted on the Pocket Wizard Flex TT5's. The badge on this unit indicates CE that should be compatible with my UK purchased 580's and TT5's.

NB:
when I trigger the Test signal from any one TT5 - this successfully fires the mounted flashgun and the 2nd flashgun.

Sekonic L-758DR setup:

Light meter is set to Flash Radio (as opposed to sunlight/cord flash/flash)
Channel = 1
ISO = 100
Camera profile = 1
Metering Mode = Incident
Battery = 1 x new Alkaline

Pocket Wizard - 2 x Flex TT5 setup:
Group = A
Channel = 1
Batteries = 2 x new Alkalines

Canon - 2 x 580 exII setup:
Metering Mode = Manual
Power Ratio = 1/1
Zoom = 00
HS synch = Off
Rear Curtain = Off
Custom Functions = Off
Master/Slave = Off
Batteries = new Alkalines
Camera = IDLE (this is tripod-mounted and waiting for my input based on the light-meter readings)

:cry: What should I do from here ?

"... with a clear perspective - the confusion is clearer ..."

make sure that Sekonic reader also has the optional transmitter, and you've used the PW utility to uncheck a certain setting
the camera also needs a TT5 or TT1 (your post isn't clear on if one with/without a flash is already mounted)
if you want to remotely trigger the camera, you'll need another Flex (in your hand) as well as the one on the shoe mount... and a special cable to link PW hardware to the body if you want to remotely trigger the camera, otherwise you should be able to set the 2/10 second timer to get the meter in place and shoot

for the most part, I'm replying mostly on memory, and that's based on older firmware than what's out now, not sure if anything has changed...

Since you're working your flashes in Manual mode, you'll need to customize, via the PW Utility software, the FlexTT5 units that are connected to the flashes to operate in Basic Triggering mode. Be sure to also set the receive channels on both FlexTT5 units to a Standard channel number (not ControlTL channel) which matches the channel set on the light meter. This will allow you to trigger the flashes with the meter for light measurement.

And, as SMP_Homer already mentioned, you'll need a PW transmitter (Plus II, MM, MiniTT1 or FlexTT5) for the camera so that you can trigger the flashes with the camera also. Of course, this unit will also need to be set to the same channel as the meter and the remote PW units connected to the flashes.
